Frequently Asked Questions
Can I customize a design of my own?
Yes of course! Feel free to contact us through our social media or fill in our customization form and one of our representatives will be in contact with you right away! We have readily available digital artists that can help you with your design or you can tell us what you’re thinking and we can provide you with a quick sketch
Can I customize my own shoes?
Unfortunately, due to hygiene restrictions we can not accept shoes from customers unless their brand new and not used before. We usually provide the shoe ourselves and complete the customization process
How long is delievery?
Usually customs take around 5-10 days to complete but if you’d like we also offer a priority service with an additional 320 AED , where we can get the customs done within 1-3 Days if we have your size in stock
Are the shoes original?
Yes! All our shoes are purchased from authorized Nike Suppliers
Does the paint peel off or get removed with water?
Not at all! The paint used on our customs is 100% peel proof, crack proof and water proof. It is recommended to not wear the shoes during heavy weather conditions.
How can I clean my customs?
You can clean your customs with any all purpose shoe cleaner using a sponge or wipes, avoid any contact with acetone or alcohol and avoid putting them in the washing machine.
Do you have international shipping?
Yes we do! International orders' process time can vary from 10 to 14 days. Please let us know where you're based so we can quote you on the shipping fees
What is your return or refund policy for custom shoes?
Customization Issues: If the shoes you received does not match the specifications you provided during the order placement, we will gladly accept returns and provide a full refund or recreate the shoes to meet your requirements. Quality or Manufacturing Defects: In the rare event that your custom shoes arrive with any manufacturing defects or quality issues, we will accept returns and offer a full refund or provide a replacement pair.
Can you customize other types of shoes?
Yes of course! as long as the material is fabric or leather then we can absolutely customize it, whether they're shoes, a wallet, or a bag. We have also perviosuly customized a playstation cover, a playstaion controllers and mirrors!
What products can I customize besides shoes?
We try to be open to custommizing anything and everything! let us know what product you're thinking of customizing and I'll check with the team right away!
What shoe sizes are available?
We offer sizes 16 EU all the way up to 48.5 EU
What material is your hoodies/ sweatshirts made of?
Our hoodies and sweatshirts are 50% polyester and 50% cotton, and our totes are made out of 100% cotton
Can you do sleeve embrodiery?
Yes we do! we also offer custom sleeve printing if you'd like. Do let us know what design youre thinking to have on the sleeve so we can let you know whether it is possible or not and the price for it
Can I customize the fabric tag
Yes absolutely! custom fabric tags are an additional 30 AED. Let us know what you'd like to have customized on the fabric tag so we can add that to your order.
